How do we pay?
The company pays a monthly subscription by invoice, offline. Nobody in the team ever sees a price or a payment screen.
What if someone forgets to order?
The bot reminds the chat before 20:00. If someone still misses it, they simply have no box the next day.
Can people change their order?
Yes, until 20:00 the evening before. After that the kitchen starts shopping.
Do you deliver to our district?
We deliver across Yerevan on fixed routes. Tell us your address when you register and we'll confirm your window the same day.
What about allergies, or "no onions"?
Every order has a comment field, and the salad and the drink can be swapped. For allergies, write to us and we'll flag the account.
